Van Sales Representatives at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the loading and offloading of stocks in the trucks using assigned monitory systems.
• Sale of senator Keg/UDV Products to the assigned outlets, using the trained KBL standards of Selling.
• Ensuring all assigned outlets are served.
• Work in Tandem with the sales systems provided.
• Maintain a proper record of sales and personal performance.
• Reconcile the daily sales.
• Alias with the other sales teams and integrate personal performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Purchasing and supply management
• A minimum of 3 years in sales and distribution within the FMCG Industry.
• Experience in recordkeeping and managing sales contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
• Extensive experience in identifying new customers and negotiating deals.
