Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. You will be the face of our restaurant, delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure tables are clean and set for the next guests promptly.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Process payments accurately, including handling cash and using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
