Services & Sales Engineer (Export) at Workforce Africa

Responsibilities:

• Complaint handling & resolving within the corporate timelines for breakdowns / maintenance Customer Handling
• Installation & Commissioning of new products (Packaged boilers, heaters & other products) for overseas locations
• FEVC Support
• Sales ABP – Spares & R&R
• Provide accurate order booking projections, lead, and prospect reports to support business growth
• Preparation of MIS and presentations
• Generate and maximize sales opportunities
• Anchor enquiry management system from lead generation to order closure
• Develop OEMs, consultants, service partners
• Assist business development and promotion strategy, Build case studies, Customer testimonials
• A single point of contact for customers for EMS across multiple functions, viz. sales and service Provide strategic inputs for developing ABP and SBP for the assigned territory
• Monthly Report generation & MIS
• Cross functional team interaction
• Taking up quality issues for CAPA
• Regional Coordination’s.

• Experience of working on Boilers, Heaters with various combustors & fuels.
• Overseas exposure
• High technical competency
• Dealer management kills
• Problem solving techniques in the said stream.
• Analytical skills / Failure analysis skills.
• Know how on soft skills (MS Office, Auto CAD)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Products to be handled : Energy Management Solutions, ESCO business model, Multiple utilities products of Thermax like- Boilers, Heaters, Power Plant Equipment like Turbine, Generator, Auxiliaries, BOP, CHP and AHP Systems, Air Pollution Control Equipment, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, Spare Parts and Re-engineering of Spares.

EXPERIENCE/ EXPOSURE

• Sales/ service experience in a light to heavy engineering company /capital goods industry / Energy Management Solutions to Industry or commercial places; Preferably Power Plant related services, commercial sector, Maintenance services, AMCs, Procurement of Power Plant equipment or spares
• Experience in African locations preferred
