    Account Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Determining the client’s needs.
    • Explaining the creative process, recommending solutions and overseeing the creative team.
    • Sourcing new clients and negotiating contracts with them.
    • Meeting with clients and acting as contact between them and the creative team.
    • Managing the budgets clients allocate towards the advertising campaigns.
    • Ensuring that the creative team completes all the projects on time and within budget.
    • Delivering the completed project to the client.
    • Liaising with clients to organize promotional events that fit in with the goal of the marketing campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years experience in same/similar position mandatory.
    • A Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or any other related field.
    • Excellent in understanding the marketing techniques.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
    • Great ability to manage accounts on behalf of the client.

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
    • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
    • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

    Requirements

    • 5 years proven experience in same/similar position mandatory.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or any other related field.
    • Excellent in understanding the marketing and sales techniques.
    • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
    • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
    • Great ability to convince a client.
