    Accountants Mid Level

    KEY ROLE

    • To support accurate, timely and compliant accounting across multiple business entities and jurisdictions. The position reports directly to the Head of Finance and Operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform core accounting functions, including recording transactions and reconciling general ledger accounts.
    • Maintain accurate books and records for multiple entities, including complex reconciliations and monthly fund statements.
    • Assist with daily reconciliations, month-end closing, accounting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS) and tax research.
    • Support regulatory filings and local compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
    • Provide accounting, tax, filing and administrative support as required.
    • Identify documentation and process improvements and maintain professional/technical knowledge.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; CPA 4 and above.
    • Strong analytical, technical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools, including graphs, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
    • Experience with Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks and/or Xero is preferred.
    • Fund/non-profit accounting and regulatory filing experience is preferred.
    • High ownership, accountability, initiative, integrity and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and discretion with confidential information.

    Work Environment

    •  Regular workdays run from roughly 1400–2200 (EAT) to overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.
    •  Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day as needed during peak periods.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    THE ROLE

    • A high-impact position within the CEO’s Office, reporting directly to and working closely with the Chief of Staff. The Executive Assistant provides executive support, operational execution and project coordination—acting as a trusted partner and force multiplier in a fast-paced global environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, appointments and travel; anticipate and resolve conflicts.
    • Own delegated projects and operational tasks, track progress, ensure completion and maintain documentation and follow-ups.
    • Coordinate communication between the CEO’s Office, Chief of Staff, leadership team and external stakeholders; draft and manage leadership communications.
    • Prepare agendas, briefing materials and presentations; capture decisions, action items and follow-ups.
    • Maintain accurate CRM and internal records, data integrity and information management; support reporting needs.
    • Handle sensitive information, correspondence and administrative workflows with discretion and professionalism.
    • Improve workflows and administrative systems; support best practices within the CEO’s Office.
    • Coordinate leadership and board milestones and support team culture and engagement initiatives.
    • Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams and time zones while adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study.
    • Prior Executive Assistant experience required, preferably in a global or nonprofit context, minimum 5 years experience.
    • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex schedules and projects.
    • Experience in office-based and remote environments.
    • Familiarity with financial, legal or philanthropic work is an advantage.
