Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the custodianof division for the project as it seeks to improve the health and wealth of the population of thr partner and seek extraneutral funding on any on going basis to support this vision
• Implement the activities funded by the project and for ensuring that all goals and subjectives are achieved

Qualification and Experience:

• 10 years of experience in a senior role leading a complex technical service deliver program for similar scope and dollar value
• A masters degree in socail science, politcal health, medicine, management, business administreation a related field
• A  bachelor degree in social sciences, politcal health, medicine, management, business administreation a related field

Key duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic andtechnical leadership in PMTCT while ensuring allignment for the program goal into MOH priorities towards elimination of maother to child transmission of HIV
• Lead, manage and coordinate PMTCT activities including but not limited to: development and monitoring of the PMTCT teams budget strategy and work plans

Qualification and Experience:

• Masters degree in political health, reproductive health or any other health related field
• Bachelor of medicine and surgery , degree (MBCHB), nursing or clinical medicine from a recognized university
• Must be registered to parties and licence to parties in kenya with relevant body

Key duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpreting laws, status and ensuring adherence to the public procuremement and assets disposal at (PP&AD2015), public procurement and disposal regulations, 2006 and order procurement laws and policy document that impact procurement
• Initiating measures to ensure integrity and application for high professional supply chain management standard and guidlines

Qualification and Experience:

• Masters Degreein any of the following disciplines, supply chain management, (Supply chain option), procurement or it equivalent for appointment to this grade, and offer must have: from a recognized institution
• Bachelor degree in any of the following: supply chain management, (Supply chain option), procurement or it equivalent for appointment to this grade, an officer must have from a recognized institution
• A minimum period of 7 years experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
