    Business Development Officer

    We are Hiring A Business Development Officer

    Our client a A Multispecialty dental health facility in the heart of Nairobi CBD is looking for a Business development Officer who will move the business Activities of the Business to the next level.

    Responsibilities

    • Engaging new leads in the corporate field to attract potential clients.
    • Brand marketing to insurance schemes.
    • Support general marketing activities with social media, event marketing, and search engine marketing efforts
    • Create and maintain rapport with relevant Insurance departments. e.g. Finance, claims and provider relations.
    • Offer clients advise on company’s products & services .
    • Working on a proactive Marketing strategy for the organization.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration,
    • Prior experience in sales and marketing of services/health related field is an added advantage.
    • 3 plus years proven experience in Marketing, Client Service, Public Relations or similar role
    • Must have good knowledge of Social Media and Social media strategy
    • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Real Estate Intern

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect, acquire, and manage customers, clients, and partners.
    • Prepare and present client proposals and follow leads and opportunities
    • Manage a sales funnel for real estate properties that will include arranging new listing tours, conducting open house(s), and accompanying prospective buyers in the quest to manage property closings and sales/leases within prescribed timelines.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to optimally package and brand real estate properties so as to deliver prompt sales/leases or efficient real estate property management.
    • Prepare/present timely and accurate reports on sales activities and productivity, and attend sales and management meetings.
    • Offer exemplary customer service while interacting with current/potential customers and stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • A degree or diploma in real estate or any other related field.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills ability to adhere to deadlines
    • Innovative and solution-oriented individuals
    • Ability to cope under pressure and work within a fast pace environment
    • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
