Duties for the Security Job
- Carrying out security risk assessments and making recommendations to management.
- Coordinating investigations on all criminal acts or any losses incurred by the organization and taking necessary action.
- Overseeing the implementation of security measures and regulations by employees.
- Safeguarding security of assets against theft, damage, misuse or sabotage.
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies to ensure effective execution of security services
- Supervising contracted security personnel to ensure value for money.
- Undertaking security intelligence surveys and recommending necessary interventions.
- Undertaking investigations of motor accidents involving the Board’s motor vehicles and taking the necessary actions.
Job Requirements
- Those who have previously worked and honorably discharged from Kenya Police (Regular) will have an added advantage.

Duties
- Driving a vehicle as authorized;
- carrying out checks on the vehicle’s cooling, oil, electrical and brake systems, tyre pressure etc;
- Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicle systems;

The area of jurisdiction of CWSB covers all the six counties in Coast region namely; Lamu, Tana River, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kwale and Taita Taveta.
The mandate of the Board is to ensure efficient and economical provision of water and sewerage services within its area of jurisdiction.
