    Retail Territory Manager

    Responsibilities:

    The role reports to the Retail Regional Manager and will be responsible for the following:

    Key Duties

    • Analyse sales of fuel, LPG and Lubes sales on daily, weekly, and monthly basis and diversification sales on monthly basis and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales and profitability targets for each site.
    • Maintain and develop profitable sales within the allotted territory in accordance with predetermined marketing policies.
    • Draws up P&L forecast at least once a year for each station under jurisdiction and balances the P&L forecast for Company operated stations.
    • Develops a profitability grid for each CODO and DODO station.
    • Calculate the working capital requirement for Company operated station(s).
    • Conduct monthly gauging (dip readings) in each of the stations and perform monthly station pump index readings to verify compliance with exclusive supply rules.
    • Measure fuel losses and gains by performing meter dip analysis and recommend necessary action to mitigate and reduce the losses that are above tolerance.
    • Monitor territory delivery of the Customer Commitment (Monthly service standard and housekeeping checks, Mystery shopper surveys) and compliance to Site Operations/HSSE standards, contracts, and all legal and regulatory compliance by the Dealer. Instigate remedial action plans where necessary.
    • Handle termination of dealer contracts and manage the commercial aspects of contracts with dealers.
    • Recover receivables and collect unpaid invoices to ensure no outstanding overdue amounts (TAR management).
    • Facilitate timely and professional resolution of customer complaints at sites.
    • Prospect for new sites
    • Propose training plans for station staff and ensure attendance to compulsory training sessions

    Academic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course

    Skills, Experience & Attributes:

    • Excellent knowledge of Group procedures, standards, and norms.
    • Advanced Computer Skills in Ms Office, Accounting Software and Databases.
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
    • Accuracy and keen attention to detail.
    • A person of high integrity, confidentiality, self-driven & able to work under minimal supervision.

    ISP Sales Representative (Embu)

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative based strictly in Embu to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Embu market. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ISP, fibre or telecommunications sales, with proven experience selling internet connectivity solutions to residential and business customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive new customer acquisition across Embu and its surrounding areas.
    • Promote and sell fibre internet and other connectivity solutions to residential and business customers.
    • Conduct field sales, prospecting, market activations and customer visits within the assigned territory.
    • Identify new market opportunities, estates, businesses and institutions within Embu.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
    • Explain internet packages, speeds, installation requirements and service offerings to prospective customers.
    • Achieve agreed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.
    • Work closely with technical and customer support teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and installation.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, customer information and field activities.
    • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
    • Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Telecommunications, ICT or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in an ISP, fibre, telecommunications or related connectivity environment.
    • Must be based in Embu and have strong knowledge of the Embu market.
    • Strong understanding of ISP/fibre products, customer acquisition and the connectivity market.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Must be willing to undertake extensive field sales activities across Embu.
    • Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
