    Field Sales Representative - Migori

    Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Conduct site visits and generate sales leads.
    • Provide detailed & accurate product/service information to customers to enable them to make informed purchase decisions.
    • Prepare sales quotations and upon confirmation of payment, key in customer orders for production.
    • Maintain updated and authorized prices
    • Keep display area clean, organized and presentable
    • Aggressively drive sales leads from social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Undertaking market intelligence.
    • Any other duty as assigned.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related Business field from a recognized institution.
    • At least 2 years demonstrable Sales experience preferably in a manufacturing setup/ industry.
    • Assertive, self-starter exhibiting a strong sense of urgency.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed sales decisions.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline.
    • At least 2 years demonstrable customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing setup/ industry.
    • Certificate/ professional qualification for Customer Relationship Management.
    • In-depth experience in customer service management within a business-oriented context.
    • Proficiency in customer feedback analysis and performance measurement.
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools.
    • Innovative mindset with a deep passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
    • Assertive, self-starter exhibiting a strong sense of urgency.
    • Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and is highly motivated to provide a positive user experience.
