    Tenders Sales Representative

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and bid process, including:
    • Identifying and tracking tender opportunities from government portals and institutional buyers.
    • Reviewing tender documents to assess eligibility, requirements and submission deadlines.
    • Preparing and submitting complete and compliant tender/bid documents.
    • Conducting pricing and costing analysis to ensure competitive bids.
    • Coordinating with Finance, Warehouse and Technical teams to obtain required information and documentation.
    • Maintaining company prequalification, registration and compliance documents.
    • Preparing bid securities, performance bonds and other tender requirements.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with procurement officers, government agencies and institutional buyers.
    • Monitoring tender awards and following up on contract execution, deliveries and payment terms.
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable public procurement regulations and company policies.
    • Preparing periodic tender and sales reports for management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Procurement or a related field.
    • A Diploma in a relevant field may be considered with relevant experience.
    • 1-3 years' experience in tender/bid management or institutional sales, preferably within the medical, laboratory or healthcare sector.
    • Practical experience preparing and submitting tender/bid documents for institutional buyers.
    • Knowledge of Kenya's public procurement processes, including PPRA, PPADA, IFMIS and e-GP, will be an added advantage.
    • Strong skills in tender management, proposal writing, pricing/costing and compliance.

    Laboratory Sales Representative

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Promoting and selling laboratory equipment, reagents and diagnostic consumables to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare institutions.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with laboratory technologists, pathologists, procurement officers and hospital administrators.
    • Conducting product demonstrations, presentations and customer training.
    • Preparing accurate sales quotations, proposals and tender documents.
    • Developing and executing territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
    • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through field visits, referrals and market research.
    • Maintaining accurate customer and sales pipeline records through CRM systems.
    • Coordinating product installation, calibration and user training with the technical/service team.
    • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
    • Preparing regular sales, activity and sales forecast reports for management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Sales/Marketing or a related field. A Diploma in a relevant field may be considered with relevant experience.
    • 1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in laboratory equipment, medical diagnostics or healthcare products.
    • Experience selling laboratory equipment, reagents or diagnostic consumables to hospitals, clinics and laboratories will be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Registration with KMLTTB will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Valid driving license is required.

    Marketing Executive

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote medical and laboratory products.
    • Developing marketing materials, product catalogues, brochures and digital content.
    • Managing social media platforms and website content to strengthen brand visibility.
    • Coordinating trade exhibitions, conferences, CME events and other promotional activities.
    • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
    • Supporting the sales team with product information, promotional materials and campaign leads.
    • Coordinating product launches and promotional activities with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Monitoring marketing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
    • Tracking campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
    • Performing any other duties assigned by management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
    • Diploma in Marketing, Nursing, Clinical Medicine or a related field may be considered with relevant experience.
    • 1-3 years' experience in marketing, brand management or product promotion, preferably in the medical, healthcare or FMCG sector. Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication, content creation and copywriting skills.
    • Professional certification such as CIM, MSK, NCK or equivalent will be an added advantage.
