    Category Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and profit growth
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure product availability and optimize cost
    • Create and execute category plans, including product assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed recommendations for category growth
    • Monitor category performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce category management
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors
    • Knowledge of ecommerce technology and platforms, including experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Onboard new acquisitions and develop new business development strategies for the emergency hailing app
    • Create and execute growth strategies for our subscription app businesses
    • Develop and manage partnerships to maximize subscription growth
    • Establish relationships with key players in the tech industry to drive engagement and revenue
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, tech, and ads to elevate and grow our businesses

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in business development for mobile apps or web technology products
    • Deep knowledge of the mobile app industry, including key players, market trends, and revenue models
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to understand and empathize with users and partners to drive engagement and revenue
    • Strong leadership and project management skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams
    • Desire to be a part of an early-stage team and work with urgency and high attention to detail in a startup environment
    • A passion for mobile apps and tech innovation
