    Corporate Relationship Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • State the end results the job is responsible for achieving, i.e. the end-outputs against which the incumbent’s success in the job could be measured.
    • On-boarding of clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    • Business development by increasing earnings for corporate banking, facility uptake as well as utilization of bank products through cross-selling.
    • Advising clients on their personal financial needs and objectives by analyzing their financial needs and objectives.
    • Manage client relations in terms of growth and retentions.
    • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
    • Collect vital data relevant to the Bank’s account opening requirements from new customers.
    • Drafting corporate credit proposals and making recommendations to the credit committee.
    • Follow up on credit proposals, letter of offer, excess requests, notification of excesses and securities with Credit department.
    • Monitor relationships and attend to all queries relating to relationship accounts.
    • Contribute to various initiatives and any other tasks as assigned by senior management team.
    • Maintain quality corporate asset and liability books by ensuring timely collection on arrears and excesses.
    • Actively support deposit mobilization initiatives.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time

    EXPERIENCE

    • Over 10 years in banking and business management.

    • University degree in business related field preferably

    Human Resource Assistant

    • To provide day-to-day HR support and contribution to the long-term development of the HR function at the Bank.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including advertisement of roles, shortlisting candidates, planning and conducting interviews, providing feedback to applicants, and onboarding new staff.
    • Identification, tracking and managing staff training.
    • Administration of staff performance management program.
    • Providing support during the periodic reviews of job descriptions.
    • Provide payroll and benefits administration.
    • Assisting in compiling HR statistics and generation HR reports.
    • Management of all HR related reports.
    • Remittance of payroll deductions to the relevant agencies on time.
    • Consistently update and monitor employee data, while overseeing leave administration in the HRMS module.
    • Regular updating of staff files according to the human resources policy and the best industry practices.
    • Oversee the staff exit and separation process in collaboration with the respective departmental heads.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 1-3 years in payroll administration.
    • A University degree in Business-related field from a recognized institution.
    • CPA Qualification added advantage.

    COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES

    • Strong background knowledge and experience in payroll administration
    • Experience in handling human resource matters.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient computer skills.
