  • Business Development Executive

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Plan and ensure new business development initiatives/ operations and maximize exposure for the company amongst targeted prospects
    • Monitor revenue generation, profit/ expense objectives and coordinate market and customer growth and retention rate
    • Draft business development plans and budgets including account management approach and account plans for the assigned geographic region
    • Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision-makers and establish coach network
    • Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities
    • Prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, etc.
    • Present solution proposal and business fit to decision-makers, engage in negotiations and close the deal
    • Collaborate with internal functions that support the sales process (Solution Design, operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, etc.), gather required input and coordinate actions
    • Work in close cooperation with customer operations teams (ensure quality, improve performance)
    • Understand key trends and developments impacting business and identify change needs in business development plans
    • Deliver market studies and feasibility studies to assess market potential
    • Conduct internal + external research to identify customer’s supply chain requirements and business objectives
    • Maintain access to key target account stakeholders, and continuously review business opportunity potential 

    Skills and Experience required

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field is required.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Development role.
    • Background in logistics is a MUST. 
    • Experience working for a multinational is an added advantage.
    • Develops effective relationships, treats others with respect, demonstrates sensitivity to diversity, harnesses difference, fosters positive workplace relationships.
    • Focuses on the needs of customers, drives the team to meet customer requirements and collaborates internally & externally to provide management reporting.
    • Identifies issues, problems & opportunities, analyses cause & effect, practically solves problems, implements corrective action, uses teams skills to solve problems.

    HR & Admin Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
    • Regularly reviewing the Human Resource policies and procedures and measuring the results against standards.
    • Providing insight on leadership and development programs to strengthen business results.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 yrs experience in all fields of HR, with the last 6 years at the management level.
    • Be a full member/member with a valid practicing license from the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).
    • Preferred from the fruits/food processing sector

    Sales Team Leader

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the team to hit sales targets and achieve company growth.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

    Sales Trainee

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a customer base and manage customer relations by being the point of contact for customers.
    • Updating customers on the availability of products, and the status of their orders.
    • Preparation of quotations and sales offers to both new and existing customers.
    • Preparing cash orders for cash customers
    • Sending accounts statements to customers
    • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience.

    Calibration Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Traveling to clients for equipment Service, Repair & Calibration 
    • Performing routine equipment maintenance. 
    • Calibrating equipment to industry standards. 
    • Troubleshooting equipment failures. 
    • Conducting equipment repairs. 
    •  Responding to client queries. 
    •  Suggesting equipment upgrades. 
    •  Completing job cards and equipment service & Calibration reports. 
    •  Strict adherence to impartiality & confidentiality as expected by the business. 

    Key Skill and Qualifications

    • Ordinary diploma in Electrical Eng-instrumentation or Related field from a recognized technical institution. 
    • Formal training in metrology 
    • Detailed experience with quality management systems (ISO/IEC-17025:2017) highly desirable. 
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a calibration technician. 
    • Experience with food & Beverage quality equipment is an added advantage 
    • Competency with calibration software. 
    • Thorough knowledge of standard business software products (Microsoft Office, Outlook, excel etc.) 
    • Extensive experience with equipment maintenance and repairs. 
    •  Advanced troubleshooting skills. 
    • Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods. 
    •  Excellent hand-eye coordination. 
    •  Ability to travel both locally & internationally. 
    • Must work well in a team environment and must demonstrate excellent communication skills in the interaction with customers 
    • Ability to work with minimal 
    • Preferred age 28-35years
