    Courier Operations Manager

    Your daily adventures will include:

    1. Launch and manage courier operations in the market.
    2. Hire, train and lead a team dedicated to courier operations to ensure we have good relationships with couriers and fleet partners (if applicable).
    3. Create, improve and scale courier operations processes.
    4. Manage the onboarding process of couriers to ensure service levels are met.
    5. Monitor, improve and optimise key delivery metrics to increase efficiency and ensure a great experience for our users couriers and partners (groceries & restaurants).
    6. Scale courier operations to new cities in the country.
    7. Work closely with the Country Manager, operations teams and HQ functions to develop local strategy and implement global initiatives.
    8. Solve blockers such as forecasting supply and lead the team by example - be confident to roll your sleeves and get things done.
    9. Build complex financial and operational models focussed on optimising each component of deliveries.

    We are looking for:

    1. BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
    2. 3+ years of previous relevant experience in operations, sales operations, consultancy or analytics.
    3. You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a must).
    4. Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
    5. You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well.

    Courier Operations Specialist

    Your daily adventures will include:

    1. Support all Bolt's food delivery operations in Kenya.
    2. Create and optimise processes – scaling is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to transform thousands of leads into active couriers every month.

    Partner Operations Manager

    We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to help us build our Bolt Food partner operations efforts. You’ll be responsible for discovering and driving performance improvements across the Restaurant & Grocery Operations organisation.

    It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as you would work with smart people from HQ and your local market, have regional and global impact, come up with scalable solutions to operational problems, and see results of your work each day.

    Your daily adventures will include:

    1. Team Management. You’ll manage all the Partner Operations teams in the market and coordinate with other departments to make our operation more efficient.
    2. Project Management. You will work closely with other teams in order to resolve the most challenging issues in restaurant performance.
    3. Partner Onboarding and menu uploading. Each month we onboard hundreds of new restaurants and grocery stores and the Operations team is responsible for this task. We expect for you to find the best and most efficient way to enhance this process as well as improve our current service level agreements.
    4. Review key operational metrics. Availability rate, churn, rejected orders, cooking time, average ratings, delayed orders - these and other metrics define success of our marketplace business. You will be looking for ways to improve these metrics.
    5. Performance Management. Discover key performance management metrics (efficiency, productivity, timing) for all partner operations teams in the market.
    6. Automate. You will automate and standardize as many processes as you can in order to decrease operational costs and enhance our overall service level agreements.
    7. Scale and improve workflows. You will review current restaurant operations processes and SOPs and will define new workflows that are more scalable and will boost efficiency of local teams. Some of these topics should include restaurant onboardings, photography, content display & curation as well as requests resolution that comes from restaurants.

    We are looking for:
