    Web Developer

    Education Qualifications:

    • Knowledge:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering,or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • Relevant certifications in web development, programming, or specific technologies are a plus.
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Strong understanding of back-end development technologies and frameworks, such as Laravel, Golang, Node.js, or Django.
    • Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and knowledge of SQL.
    • Understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
    • Curate, develop, and manage high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring with client branding and messaging while driving engagement and conversion.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing automation workflows, ensuring sintegration with client CRM systems and other digital tools.

    SOFTWARE & HOSTING INTEGRATION

    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that software, hosting, and integration meet client expectations, focusing on delivering seamless and scalable solutions.
    • Facilitate the onboarding of clients onto new digital platforms, including e-commerce ensuring proper integration with existing tools and workflows.
    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding software, hosting, and intservices, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.

    Experience:

    • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, for code management and collaboration.
    • Awareness of web performance optimization techniques and tools for improving website speed and usability.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal is a plus.
    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in web development, with a portfolio showcasing a range of web projects.
    • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver web solutions.
    • Experience in building and maintaining responsive websites and web applications that meet user needs.
    • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and tools, including unit testing and debugging practices.
    • Previous experience in an agile development environment is advantageous.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

    Business Development Manager

    • Registration by Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) will be an added advantage.

    Office Administrator

    Our client, CM ADVOCATES LLP is a premier legal and business advisory firm in Kenya and within the East Africa Community (EAC) providing its customers with a one-stop-shop for their legal and business advisory needs.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Oversee the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
    • Oversee the management of incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
    • Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings and work events.
    • Maintain a well-organized and efficient front office.
    • Oversee developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems related to business administration and logistics.
    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. Ensure a smooth and adequate flow of information within the firm to facilitate other business operations.
    • Monitor inventory of office supplies, implement efficiencies and controls in utilization, and place orders when necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least 5 years' experience in business administration, management, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience developing and implementing process improvements.
    • Experience leading an Admin team of a professional service firm or a comparable organization.
    • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
