    Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present dishes with attention to detail and quality.
    • Quality Control Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation and consistency.
    • Menu Improvement Assist in creating new new dishes and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's style and vision
    • Health and Safety Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Team Leadership Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Hospitality management or a related field preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry
    • Strong leadership and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in restaurant management software eg, POS systems ,scheduling tools
    • Knowledge of food safety and health standards
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

    Retail Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership Train and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment
    • Customer Service Ensure high quality customer service and a pleasant shopping experience
    • Inventory and stock Oversee inventory management, restocking and order processing
    • Financial Management Monitor store budgets, control costs and work towards achieving sales targets
    • Visual Merchandising Maintain store layout, displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organised
    • Health and Safety Compliance Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards regulations
    • Problem Solving Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally

    Requirements

    • Diploma in business administration/purchasing and supplies
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a retail manager or a similar role in a
    • supermarket or retail environment
    • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in retail management software eg, POS inventory software
    • Knowledge of stock and merchandising process
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

    Restaurant Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Experience Ensure that every customer enjoys a high quality dining experience with excellent service
    • Operations Management Oversee day to day operations, including inventory, ordering and scheduling
    • Financial Management Monitor budgets, control costs and work towards achieving sales targets
    • Quality Control Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food quality in line with health and safety regulations

    Requirements

    • Diploma in culinary arts, or a similar qualification

    • Commitment to food safety anf hygiene standards
    • Flexibility to work in the evening, on weekends and holidays as needed
