    Senior Sales Representative

    The Sales team is the engine that drives the global consumer reach and make sure the organization is on a profitable trend. We are seeking for a Sales individual who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. Also, the ideal sales individual has to have deep experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing with strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record. The role demands an individual who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, with a solution driven approach.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build the brand and its offerings for the East African market
    • Create and execute a strategic plan
    • Identify market gaps, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, needs
    • Manage potential and long-lasting business relationships
    • Responsible for the company budgets, KPIs, Forecasts and collection.
    • Liaise across cross functional teams to deliver company goals.
    • Responsible to conduct trainings for market development and implement the materials
    • Monitor and solve customer complaints & returns.
    • Implement corrective actions to improve customer journey and experience
    • Supervise a team of 3rd party Sales Representatives.
    • Sales with Key focus on brand & Business development.
    • Team management and trainings
    • Working closely with the local marketing agencies for the best deliverables

    Knowledge and Experience Requirements (Qualifications)

    • Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration

    Sales Officer

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Understand Kenya Fintech Industry
    • Understand Payment Gateway and Remittance services.
    • Strong understanding of company products and services
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
    • Develop and present proposals, pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase our products/services and value proposition.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and lead generation activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with marquee clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients and align with company objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
    • Willing to do grass root merchant onboarding
    • Ensure signed up merchant transacts

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
    • Experience in Fintech  is an added advantage
    • 3-4 years working experience.
