    Safety Specialist

    Key Deliverables

    • Assisting in the development and implementation of a Safety Program to ensure compliance with safety practices and regulations.
    • Conducting site safety inspections and preparing Safety and Monitoring Reports to evaluate adherence to safety policies.
    • Investigating and completing detailed incident reports, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    • Reviewing, modifying, adding, or deleting safety records for assets to ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping.
    • Monitoring and supporting the execution of all safety-related activities to ensure hazard prevention, mitigation, and control across operations.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience in safety program implementation, workplace safety operations, and inspections. Familiarity with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual and other applicable industry safety standards.
    • Ability to prepare and submit detailed safety reports and conduct incident investigations.
    • High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in safety reporting systems and maintaining records in digital safety platforms. Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally. Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or longer at the time of hiring. Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of the deployment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
    • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification or equivalent safety training certifications.

    Stationary Engineer

    Key Deliverables

    • Operate and maintain stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as steam boilers, air compressors, generators, and HVAC systems to supply utilities or other industrial services.
    • Monitor and inspect equipment for proper functioning through daily readings, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
    • Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, repairing, and replacing parts on boilers, pumps, refrigeration units, compressors, and other mechanical systems.
    • Start, stop, regulate, and monitor the performance of power generation and distribution systems, including chilled water systems, fuel systems, and steam systems.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, and associated controls to optimize performance.

    • Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience operating, maintaining, and repairing stationary engines and mechanical equipment, including boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications related to stationary engineering or mechanical systems are highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems for power generation and utility distribution.
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and government regulations related to operating and maintaining stationary systems.
    • Proficiency in maintaining equipment logs and using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
    • Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring. Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.

    Payroll Timekeeping Specialist

    Key Deliverables

    • Manage and process employee timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
    • Input, maintain, and reconcile employee work hours in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
    • Review and verify timesheets, time logs, and payroll data submitted by employees for discrepancies and resolve any identified issues.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, local, and international labor laws regarding work hours, payroll, and overtime regulations.

    • Strong understanding of payroll procedures and applicable labor laws.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills with proficiency in written and verbal English. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other related software or platforms.
