- Developing and reviewing the National Land Value Index;
- Undertaking Stamp Duty valuations;
- Undertaking investigations on valuation disputes and appeals;
- Generating, collecting and remitting revenue from valuation services;
- Preparing valuation case briefs and responses to County assembly issues;
- Attending courts and tribunals on valuation matters;
- Coordinating valuation of assets for Departments in the County;
- Coordinating assessment of ground rent during sub-divisions, alienations, change of users and extension of leases;
- Preparing research proposals on emerging valuation trends and issues;
- Preparing reports on the impact of infrastructural projects on land values;
- Representing the public sector Valuers in the Valuers and Estate Agents Registration Boards coaching and mentoring of staff
