    Clinical Officer- 1 Position

    Responsibilities Duties:

    • Taking history, examining, diagnosing, ordering laboratory and imaging investigations  
    • Interpreting laboratory and imaging results  Treating patients’ common ailments at an outpatient or inpatient health facility  
    • Implementing Community Health Care activities in liaison with other health workers
    • Carrying out surgical procedures as per training and skill  Collecting and prepare the weekly plans/schedules and reports.  
    • Ensure that the clinic environment is safe and complies with infection control standards.  
    • Document all aspects of patient care and maintain accurate and complete medical record  
    • Create phenomenal patient experiences, including counseling and sensitizing patients through health talks on preventive and promotive health.  
    • Assessing, preparing and presenting medico-legal reports and referring patients and clients to appropriate health facilities
    • Any other duty as maybe assigned from time to time by the supervisor

    Academic Qualifications/Professional Skills/Expertise:    

    • Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution 
    • Certificate of Registration from Clinical Officers’ Council 
    • Valid Professional Practice License from the Clinical Officers’ Council
    • Certificate in computer applications.

    Receptionist - 2 Positions

    Responsibilities Duties:

    • Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance records with all due accuracy.  
    • Ensure that all patients information is entered onto the system promptly and accurately to avoid claims return i.e Register patients according to established protocols in the hospital  
    • Ensure all patient information is accurate including billing  
    • Should be fully updated on all services and their costs. 
    • Patients must get the very accurate information on first call.  
    • Ensure the reception area is well maintained, neat and clean  
    • Shall ensure at all times that the patient’s privacy and confidentiality is safeguarded
    • Any other duty as maybe assigned from time to time by the supervisor

    Academic Qualifications/Professional Skills/Expertise:    

    • Diploma in Secretarial / Front Office  2-3 years’ working experience in a hospital  
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.  
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
