Our client in the real estate industry is seeking to recruit a qualified assistant security supervisor. The Assistant Security Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of the real estate company's properties, assets, and personnel. This position reports directly to the Security Supervisor and assists in overseeing the day-to-day security operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Security Supervisor in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols for the real estate company's properties.
Marketing and tendering.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including security guards and surveillance teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks, safety hazards, and unauthorized activities.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems, and respond promptly to any security incidents or alarms.
Assist in conducting security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.
Train security staff on emergency response procedures, first aid, fire safety, and other relevant topics to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities management and human resources, to address security concerns and coordinate security-related activities.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, or breaches and prepare detailed incident reports documenting findings, actions taken, and recommendations for prevention.
Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including shift logs, incident reports, and inventory of security equipment and supplies.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging security technologies, and relevant regulations to continuously improve security operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operation management/ security operations, preferably in a real estate or property management setting.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience highly desired.
Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and techniques, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using security systems and software, such as CCTV monitoring software and incident reporting tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
Valid security guard license or certification required; additional certifications and first aid preferred.
Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, and lifting, as needed
