    Demand Planner

    The Demand Planner is responsible for planning the demand and supply for a/multiple product category within LG Electronics’ business units. Ensuring that the business plans for continuous product supply meet the marketplace’s requirements for products. Responsible for forecasting volume, revenue, product movement and procuring supply. Must be able to operate with a high degree of urgency and integrity. Must have strong analytics and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) utilization skills to be successful.

    • Demand Management 
    • Analyze sell-in and sell-out forecasting trends to align future demand with market conditions.
    • Review inventory levels and adjust supply plans to maintain safety stock and inventory targets.
    • Supply Management
    • Convert forecasted volumes into purchase orders for product procurement from factories.
    • Troubleshoot coverage plans and resolve supply disruptions, adjusting forecasts as needed.
    • Sales and Operations
    • Review forecasts, sales capability, and inventory KPIs for business alignment.
    • Prepare and analyze sales and operations reports for each product group; present weekly and monthly business status updates.
    • Systems Management
    • Operate and interface with ERP tools to manage planning and control processes.
    • Configure and maintain system parameters (lead time, safety stock, EOL timing, NPI timing) to meet planning requirements.
    • Other Duties
    • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

    What you must Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial engineering
    • 3+ years of experience in product level forecasting or product supply planning in global sourcing organization.
    • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with MS Office Suite, Enterprise Resource Planning systems; SAP, Oracle-JD Edwards, Manugistics.

    Go-To-Market Assistant

    What you will do

    • Sales & Market Analytics
    • Gather, consolidate, and analyze sales, promotion, and market data.
    • Monitor competitive landscape and sales performance to optimize product range, pricing, promotions, and financial outcomes.
    • Strategic Planning & Forecasting
    • Set KPIs and track performance across markets.
    • Lead forecasting and market simulations to support strategic decisions.
    • Provide timely, actionable insights to senior leadership.
    • Go-To-Market Strategy
    • Design and execute short- and long-term go-to-market plans.
    • Develop measurable KPIs and monitor execution effectiveness.
    • Identify and drive initiatives to improve GTM performance and processes.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams.
    • Serve as the GTM point person to align marketing strategy with business goals.
    • Support business units with clear insights into overall performance.
    • Brand & Communication
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all regional materials.
    • Oversee the online brand store and its business performance.
    • Reporting & Insights
    • Deliver periodic tracking and reporting of GTM activities.
    • Influence data-driven decision-making through operational analysis.
    • Other Duties
    • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

    What you must Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
    • Proven experience in sales analytics, GTM strategy, or business performance management. 
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. 
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. 
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
