    Finance and Admin Officer

    Duties and responsibility

    Finance:

    1. Keeping proper books of account
    2. Handling bank reconciliations
    3. Payroll preparations
    4. Invoicing and invoice follow-up
    5. Oversee all office purchases and procurement including tender and pre-qualification processes
    6. Managing the petty cash
    7. Handling statutory returns (VAT, NSSF, PAYE, NITA) compliance
    8. Cost management and cost controls
    9. Debt collection/recoveries.
    10. Ensuring Compliance documents(licenses) are up to date
    11. Managing and controlling project budgets by working closely with the project
    12. Preparation of management and financial statement/reports

    Administration:

    1. Managing office supplies (Kitchen supplies and stationery)
    2. In charge of email correspondents
    3. Cleanliness supervisory
    4. Being the secretary to the staff meetings
    5. Handling and directing visitors
    6. Responsible for staff welfare

     Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting/Finance option), Business Management (Accounting/Finance option), Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
    • CPA  finalist qualification

    Required competencies

    • At least 3-years’ experience in Finance and Admin roles
    • Must demonstrate excellent competencies Financial/Accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage or relevant ERP
    • Demonstrated professional competence and administrative capability
    • Good knowledge of computer applications
    • Good customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational, supervisory, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Must be of highest integrity

    Sales Representative

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sales & Marketing in the steel trade sector.
    • Negotiation with customers in East Africa, suppliers in all over the world.
    • Business coordination with Japan (HQ), UK/Germany/South Africa.
    • Management/Administration of getting order, updating the production,
    • Following up on existing customers and bringing onboard new customers
    • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
    • Serve as a liaison between the client and the company.

    Qualifications

    • Must be fluent in English and ASIAN languages.
    • Bachelor Degree in sales and Marketing or any other related field
    • Over 3-5 years’ experience of sales & marketing in international trading business (import / export)
    • Full knowledge of international trade administration.
    •  Knowledge of steel products

    Sales Officer-Animal Feeds

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Generate and takes orders from customers
    • Handle requests for quotations and follows up on requests on product information.
    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone or email to sell productions
    • Attain and exceed set targets and KPI’s
    • Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques in order to monitor competition
    • Selling the products and ensuring the customers are well stocked.
    • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
    • Serve as a liaison between the client and the company.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or any other related field
    • At least 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing. Experience in marketing of animal feeds ingredients will be an added advantage
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment
    • Honest, hardworking and self-driven person
    • Basic Computer skills
