    Enterprise Business Analyst – AI Enablement

    The Role

    Specifically, the successful jobholder will be required to:

    • Identify and translate AI and digital transformation opportunities into clear business requirements, use cases, process improvements, and measurable business outcomes.
    • Conduct business case development, feasibility assessments, impact analysis, benefits tracking, and value realization activities for AI and transformation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI solution design, testing, implementation, rollout, and adoption across the business.
    • Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, change management, and operational readiness for AI-enabled solutions.
    • Ensure all initiatives comply with governance, risk, audit, regulatory, and operational control requirements through proper documentation, traceability, and risk management.

    Skills, Competencies and Experience

    The successful candidate will be required to have the following skills and competencies:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree or Professional certification in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, Product Ownership, Process Improvement, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
    • Exposure or training in AI, analytics, automation, process redesign, or data governance will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Transformation, Digital Delivery, Product Delivery, or Analytics-Enabled Change within a complex organization.
    • Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process analysis, business case development, stakeholder engagement, and benefits tracking.
    • Experience working across business, technology, operations, data, governance, compliance, and risk teams.
    • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical business language.
    • A good understanding of digital delivery, systems integration, customer journeys, operational processes, and data-driven solution design.

    Data Architect – AI Enablement

    The Role

    Specifically, the successful jobholder will be required to:

    • Design and govern scalable, secure, and high-quality data architectures, models, integrations, and pipelines that support AI, analytics, automation, and enterprise data initiatives.
    • Drive data governance, quality, lineage, privacy, security, compliance, and audit readiness standards to ensure trusted and compliant AI-enabled decision-making.
    • Assess and enhance the Bank’s data landscape by identifying architecture gaps, defining reusable data assets, and supporting AI readiness and continuous improvement.
    • Translate business and AI requirements into practical data solutions, architecture standards, mappings, and implementation guidance.

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in Data Architecture, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture will be an added advantage.
    • Exposure or training in AI, machine learning, analytics, or data governance will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Management, or Solution Architecture.
    • A strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data modelling, integration architecture, and information management.
    • Experience designing data solutions across operational systems, APIs, data warehouses, and analytics environments.
    • A strong understanding of data quality, metadata, lineage, cataloguing, and governance practices.
    • The ability to translate complex technical data concepts into clear business language.
    • Experience working collaboratively across business, architecture, engineering, security, and governance teams.

    Product Manager – AI Enablement

    The Role

    Specifically, the successful jobholder will be required to:

    • Define and drive the Bank’s AI enablement roadmap, priorities, pilots, and portfolio initiatives aligned to business strategy, customer needs, value realization, and delivery readiness.
    • Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and analytics opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, customer value, adoption potential, and strategic fit.
    • Lead initiative planning, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, governance coordination, performance tracking, and executive reporting across AI programmes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are secure, governed, operationally ready, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.

    • Ensure all AI initiatives comply with governance, security, privacy, audit, regulatory, and risk management requirements through proper controls, documentation, and oversight.

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Product Management, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in Product Management, Agile, Product Ownership, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or AI Product Management will be an added advantage.
    • Exposure or training in AI, analytics, automation, innovation management, customer experience, or data governance will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Product Management, Digital Delivery, Innovation, Transformation, Business Technology, or Analytics-Enabled Initiatives.
    • Strong product management capability with experience in roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.
    • Good understanding of digital delivery, customer journeys, process transformation, adoption management, and technology-enabled business change.
    • Strong analytical, communication, influencing, facilitation, and decision-making capability.
    • Ability to translate complex AI and technology concepts into clear business value propositions for diverse stakeholders.

    • Design end-to-end architecture solutions covering applications, APIs, automation, AI orchestration, security, operational readiness, and enterprise platform integration.
    • Translate business requirements into practical, reusable, and implementation-ready architecture solutions that deliver measurable business value.
    • Ensure architecture decisions comply with governance, security, privacy, resilience, audit, and regulatory requirements while embedding appropriate AI risk controls and safeguards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and delivery partners to support AI solution implementation, architecture reviews, technical quality assurance, and enterprise technology best practices.

    Skills, Competencies and Experience

    • The successful candidate will be required to have the following skills and competencies:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, API Architecture, Cybersecurity, or AI Architecture will be an added advantage.
    • Exposure or training in AI, machine learning, analytics, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, or responsible AI will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integration, Software Engineering, Digital Delivery, or Intelligent Systems Delivery.
    • A strong understanding of solution architecture, enterprise integration, APIs, microservices, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise platforms.
    • Experience designing secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable solutions within complex or regulated environments.
    • A good understanding of AI and analytics solution patterns including orchestration, automation services, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent decisioning.
    • A strong understanding of non-functional requirements including performance, availability, resilience, observability, maintainability, and security.
    • Strong stakeholder management, documentation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex architecture concepts for diverse audiences.
