    Sales And Marketing - Events

    Job Role

    • The Sales & Marketing Executive – Events drives event visibility, attendance, and revenue growth through strategic promotion and client engagement. The role involves planning marketing campaigns, managing event partnerships, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency. 

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • Promote events to maximize attendance and revenue.
    • Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
    • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
    • Support brand positioning and event visibility.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and event teams.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Event Promotion & Sales

    • Develop and implement event marketing strategies.
    • Drive ticket sales and sponsorship acquisition.
    • Manage promotional campaigns across social media, email, and print.

      Client & Partner Engagement

    • Build strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, and clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and secure event partnerships.
    • Provide timely updates and support to stakeholders.

      Market Research & Reporting

    • Conduct competitor and audience analysis.
    • Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
    • Recommend improvements for future events.

      Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with event planners, designers, and sales teams.
    • Support cross-functional coordination for seamless event delivery.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or event promotion.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
    • Experience in client-facing roles preferred.

    Job Role

    • The Events Administrative Coordinator ensures smooth planning and execution of events by managing logistics, documentation, and administrative support. The role involves coordinating schedules, handling event records, liaising with vendors, and supporting compliance. With 2–3 years of administrative or event coordination experience, the ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting successful event delivery.

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • Provide administrative support for event planning and execution.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
    • Coordinate logistics and vendor communications.
    • Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
    • Enhance operational efficiency in event management.
