Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting cash flow, and strengthening the company’s market presence. The role focuses on generating leads, converting them into paying clients, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience that enhances brand perception.
This is a hands-on role combining business development, sales leadership, and marketing execution. The role also supervises Showroom Sales Executives, ensuring consistent sales performance, effective lead conversion, and excellent client engagement.
Close collaboration with the Operations Manager is critical to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Drive revenue generation by identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Ensure consistent cash flow through timely follow-ups, deal closure, and client commitment
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project confirmation
- Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and project briefs
- Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Team Leadership & Sales Performance Management
- Supervise and guide Showroom Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor daily showroom activity, lead handling, and conversion performance
- Provide coaching on sales techniques, client engagement, and product knowledge
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, inquiries, and quotations
- Drive accountability for lead conversion and client acquisition across the team
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Oversee client acquisition efforts and ensure consistent growth of the customer base
- Manage key client relationships from initial inquiry through project completion
- Understand client needs and coordinate with design and technical teams to deliver suitable solutions
- Handle complex client requirements and escalations
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
Customer Experience & Brand Management
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all client touchpoints
- Maintain strong brand perception through professional client engagement and service delivery
- Monitor client feedback and proactively address issues impacting satisfaction
- Ensure consistency in communication, service standards, and overall client journey
Marketing Execution & Lead Generation Support
- Plan and execute marketing activities to support lead generation and brand visibility
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement
- Work with an outsourced graphic designer to develop marketing materials and campaigns
- Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and showroom events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Project Coordination & Operations Alignment
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to align sales commitments with execution capacity
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations and technical teams
- Follow up on project progress and proactively manage client expectations
- Support clear communication between clients and internal teams
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion rates
- Monitor marketing effectiveness, including leads generated and campaign performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue, conversion, and client experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, business development, or client-facing roles
- Experience in interiors, construction, furniture, or fit-out industry is strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes
- Proven track record ability in meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating leads
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is an added advantage
- Strong commercial awareness and client management skills

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly safety-conscious and detail-oriented Refueling Operator to join our Aviation Depot team at JKIA. The role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of into-plane refuelling services, in line with international aviation standards.
This position reports to the Depot Superintendent and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and safety within a high-risk aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient aircraft refuelling operations in compliance with JIG, KAA, and company aviation procedures.
- Inspect, operate, and maintain refuelling equipment according to approved schedules and standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on hydrant servicers and refuellers to ensure delivery of clean, on-spec fuel.
- Accurately prepare and manage Aircraft Delivery Receipts (ADRs), ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
- Monitor and account for stock and meter readings for assigned equipment.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, ADRs, and shift handover records.
- Report incidents, near-misses, and accidents promptly in line with depot procedures.
- Participate actively in airside and depot safety programs, meetings, and emergency drills.
- Ensure consistent and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Promote a strong safety culture by identifying and reportingnon-conformances
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering preferred) is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years’ experience in aviation fuelling, depot operations, or a similar high HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) environment.
- Proven experience operating or driving fuel handling or heavy-duty vehicles in controlled environments.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, compliance, and operational standards.
- Experience conducting equipment inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Ability to work under strict regulatory and audit requirements.
Certifications & Requirements
- Valid driving license (Class B, C1, and/or E).
- Airside Driving Permit (ADP) is an added advantage.
