    Human Resource Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all HR functions across multiple branches.   
    • Implement and monitor performance management systems and staff productivity.   
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment across the branch network.   
    • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.   
    • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal HR policies.   
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.   
    • Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and staff records.   
    • Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning.   
    • Drive staff engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.   
    • Provide regular HR reports and insights to management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.   
    • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in microfinance or microcredit sector (mandatory).   
    • Higher Diploma in HRM / CHRP certification (mandatory).   
    • Registered Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).   
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.   
    • Experience managing HR operations across multiple branches is an added advantage.   
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.   
    • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.   
    • Strong performance management and disciplinary handling skills.   
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.   
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
    • Analytical and results-driven mindset.

    HR Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Kenyan labour laws.   
    • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.   
    • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.   
    • Coordinate and track staff training programs and development initiatives.   
    • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.   
    • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.   
    • Assist in implementing performance management processes.   
    • Support audits and compliance checks across branches.   
    • Prepare HR reports on compliance, training, and staff data.   
    • Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.   
    • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR coordination, compliance, or training roles.   
    • Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.   
    • Progress towards CHRP certification is an added advantage.   
    • Experience in microfinance or a fast-paced environment is preferred.   
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.   
    • Good understanding of HR compliance and documentation.   
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
    • Ability to coordinate training and development programs.   
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.   
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

    Head of Audit

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the audit department, ensuring high standards of audit quality and compliance.   
    • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.   
    • Review audit working papers, reports, and financial statements.   
    • Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and professional guidelines.   
    • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for key audit clients.   
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teams.   
    • Identify risks and provide recommendations to clients for improvement.   
    • Support business development through client acquisition and retention.   
    • Coordinate with tax and advisory teams for integrated service delivery.   
    • Ensure timely delivery of audit assignments within budget.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.   
    • CPA(K) / ACCA qualification (mandatory).   
    • Membership with Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) in good standing.   
    • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.   
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and tax regulations.   
    • Experience in a reputable audit or professional services firm is required.
