    Technical Sales Engineer (Power Systems)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Managing technical sales activities end to end.
    • Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive and targeted sales programs.
    • Developing and managing lead qualification and generation activity.
    • Identifying and implementing sales efficiencies.
    • Managing and maintaining offerings sales content, collateral.
    • Competitive analysis and documentation.
    • Supporting and creating offers for direct mail and marketing.
    • Liaising and attending meetings with other company functions.
    • Sales pipeline development and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in technology electrical (Production) Engineering or equivalent.
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience in technical sales of power generators, electromechanical equipment and solar power.
    • Sales Management background.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Result oriented, consistent, and reliable.

    Technical Sales Engineer (Forklift and Material Handling)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Participate in creating additional volume by creating sales in field locations by providing solutions to customer initiatives and building long term business relationships with key groups and producers in their geography.
    • Obtain and evaluate external information of possible new markets and applications, pricing, and weigh the benefits which can be offered to a customer.
    • Understand product portfolio range with respect to Forklift, Material Handling, Racking and Warehousing market and technically position our products versus the competition.
    • Attending exhibitions, the company sponsored customer training and promotions to grow volume and customer satisfaction.
    • Understand the global interfacing of the company brand, Equipment and Solutions
    • Follow up on all customer validations, needs, orders, quotations, including delivery and quality issues, with sales, customer service, logistics & Service Team.
    • Provide intel/feedback to the manufacturer or technical department of existing and potential customer requirements for new or existing products.
    • Implementation and integration of new business/new products where applicable into our Core Sales organizations.

    Requirements

    • Must have a degree in Engineering.
    • Must have 3 years’ experience in technical sales for forklifts and material handling.
    • Must have strong knowledge of production agriculture in the geography in which one is placed.
    • Must have excellent negotiation, organizational and presentation skills.

    Clinical Application Specialist / Technical Sales Medical Equipment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide technical application and clinical support during the whole sales process including presales tendering process.
    • Develop and deliver product application training to customers and sales team.
    • Collect and analyses products application and clinical information to understand and meet customer requirements.
    • Support exhibitions and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations.
    • Coordinate with the relevant supervisor to ensure the products are suitable for the target market.
    • Providing sales support by assisting Sales Managers in the presentation of the product
    • Defining and highlighting clinical need to prospective customers through product demonstration
    • Providing onsite as well as remote support in an ongoing capacity to customers.
    • Perform training classes in the assigned region.
    • In conjunction with key sites, help to develop clinical protocol.
    • Helping to generate Customer information updates and ensuring these updates reach intended recipients.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in medical, human science or related disciplines.
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years hands on experience in clinical application through post-sales training sessions for individual product users, professional teams, or healthcare departments.
    • Strong communication and demonstration skills.
    • Self-motivated and a good team player.

    Technical Sales Representative (Commercial Display and Audio)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and growing sales.
    • Gain insight into the Kenyan commercial display and audio market.
    • Responsible for product promotion, providing deliverable products and solutions to customers and organizing regular training to customers.
    • Maintaining good customer relations.
    • Conducting market intelligence.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering- Electric major preferred.
    • 3-5 years of working experience in active, progressive, and demonstrable Sales.
    • Experience in Technical sales is a key and added advantage.
    • Must be an aggressive salesperson.
    • Must have impeccable communication skills.
    • Must have a proven record of meeting targets
