    Field Commercial Lead Nairobi (1 Position)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive revenue growth and market expansion 
    • Lead and manage Regional Sales Supervisors
    • Ensure achievement of sales targets across regions
    • Oversee field sales operations and performance

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
    CORE FUNCTIONS

    • Expand market presence across segments (SME & Enterprise)
    • Oversee customer acquisition and onboarding
    • Track sales pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance
    • Align field sales with customer experience and retention teams
    • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Telecom or related)
    • At least 6 years sales experience (ISP/Telecom preferred)
    • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
    • Strong commercial, leadership, and analytical skills

    Customer Retention Executive Nairobi (4 Positions)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Proactively engage and retain customers
    • Identify at-risk clients & implement retention strategies
    • Follow up on issues and ensure resolution Support onboarding and ongoing customer engagement

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
    CORE FUNCTIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree (Business, IT, Telecom or related)
    • At least 2 years in customer service/retention
    • Support across Vilcom services
    • Monitor churn & customer satisfaction
    • Coordinate with SOC & technical teams for issue resolution
    • Ensure consistent customer communication & experience
    • Knowledge of CRM, ISP services & customer lifecycle Strong communication & problem-solving skills

    Direct Sales Executive Meru, Rongai & Lodwar

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate leads and acquire new customers
    • Promote and sell Vilcom products and ser- vices
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
    • Conduct field sales activities (door-to-door & corporate)

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
    CORE FUNCTIONS

    • Sell Fiber, Enterprise & Technology solutions
    • Manage sales pipeline and conversions
    • Support customer onboarding and handover
    • Provide market feedback and performance reports
    • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
    • At least 2 years sales experience (ISP/Telecom preferred)
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
