• We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to organise the Kitchen activities. You will be first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.

Job Knowledge

• Proven experience as Head Chef
• Develop Menu, Food purchase specifications & recipes.
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Up to date with culinary trends & optimized kitchen processes
• Good understanding of useful computer programme (MS Office, excel & POS) *Credentials in Health & Safety training.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in culinary Arts and/or Hospitality management and at least 5 years food production and management experience.
• Experience in a member's Club is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Control & direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
• Approve and polish dishes before they reach the guest.
• Manage & train Kitchen staff.
• Maintain records of payroll and attendance.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Knowledge of & ability to perform required role during emergency situations

• We are looking for a highly capable stock Controller to manage our stock inventory both in the Bar & Kitchen to ensure stock availability and pricing reports.

Job Knowledge, Core competencies and Expectations

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
• Hands on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks) Basic Book keeping procedures.
• Show an interest and understanding of food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily stock take in the two locations and generate variance reports and submit to finance and General manager.
• Ensure all bar shortages are recovered promptly and have a daily and monthly todate summary.
• Maintenance of storage areas in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations . Check and verify voids in the POS system.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

• Responsible for all food & beverage operations in the club. Plans, implements and monitors departmental budgets.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality management or culinary Arts.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage management
• Prior experience in a Club is an added advantage

• Manage all food and beverage day to day operations to the highest standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service both internal & external.
• Design exceptional menus and continuously make necessary improvements. Build a team, train, set targets and KPIs
• Prepare and submit departmental reports regarding sales results and productivity
