    Head of Procurement

    This strategic leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing local and international supplier relationships, optimizing sourcing processes, overseeing inventory planning, and driving supply chain efficiency to support business growth.
    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field
    • Professional certification such as CPSP(K), CIPS, KISM, or equivalent
    • Minimum 8 years of procurement and supply chain management experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
    • Proven experience in local and international sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and procurement planning
    • Experience within premium retail, furniture, interiors, luxury goods, or related sectors is highly desirable
    • Strong understanding of inventory management, import processes, procurement systems, and supply chain operations

    Salary:

    • KES 400,000 – 450,000

    This role plays a critical part in driving growth across road rescue services, accident scene management, vehicle tracking, towing operations, and fleet support solutions. The successful candidate will focus on building strategic partnerships, expanding market penetration, and managing institutional client relationships across insurance firms, banks, corporates, logistics companies, and transport operators.

    Requirements

    • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
    • Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
    • Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage
