Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

As a member of the hotel’s management committee, the Director of Finance is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel’s General Manager.

The Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) has direct oversight of the sales operation of the hotel and is responsible for implementing sales and marketing programs.

The Director of Engineering is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel.
