    P1 Teacher

    Key Responsibilities

    • Curriculum Delivery & Lesson Planning
    • Plan and deliver structured, engaging, and CBC-aligned lessons tailored to diverse learning needs. Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning materials that support competency-based education and active learning.
    • Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
    • Conduct continuous formative and summative assessments, maintain accurate academic records, and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents. Use assessment data to adjust instruction and support individual student growth.
    • Classroom Management & Student Development
    • Create and maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly learning environment. Foster learners’ social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and learner-centered teaching approaches.
    • Parent & Staff Collaboration
    • Work closely with fellow teachers and school leadership to share best practices and improve learning outcomes. Engage parents through meetings and communication on learners’ progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
    • Curriculum Implementation & Resource Management
    • Effectively implement CBC guidelines in classroom practice. Develop, organize, and manage teaching and learning resources, including the use of digital tools where appropriate.
    • Extracurricular Engagement
    • Support learners’ holistic growth by participating in and facilitating extracurricular and co-curricular activities, including project-based learning and mentorship.
    • Professional Development & Compliance
    • Participate in professional development programs, CBC training, and school meetings. Ensure full compliance with Teachers Service Commission (TSC) regulations, Ministry of Education policies, and school procedures.

    Key Requirements

    Academic Qualifications

    • Diploma in Education.
    • Primary Teachers Education (P1) Certificate (mandatory).
    • Valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) license (mandatory).
    • CBC training certification.

    Relevant Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an ECDE environment.
    • Proven experience in mentoring teachers and coordinating early childhood programs.
    • Familiarity with CBC curriculum implementation and Ministry of Education requirements.

    Junior Copywriter

    Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation and Development:
    • Write engaging and persuasive copy for various mediums, including digital ads, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Develop creative concepts, taglines, and slogans to enhance branding and campaign messaging.
    • Adapt writing style and tone to meet the unique requirements of each client and project.
    • Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
    • Campaign Ideation and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop impactful campaign ideas.
    • Contribute to the ideation process, providing innovative concepts and creative insights.

    • Collaboration with Teams:
    • Work closely with designers, Videographers, and account managers to align copy with visual and strategic elements.
    • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and refine content based on their needs.
    • Act as a brand guardian for assigned clients, ensuring all communications align with their identity.
    • Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and content through engagement metrics.
    • Provide detailed reports on content performance and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Iterate and optimize copy based on campaign results and audience feedback.
    • Client Interaction:
    • Attend client meetings to present ideas, gather insights, and discuss project briefs.

    Requirements

    • Educational Competency
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.

    Relevant Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in an agency setting.
    • Proven track record of creating successful campaigns and high-impact content across multiple platforms.
    • Experience in client-facing roles and managing feedback to refine creative outputs.

    Media Buyer

    Job Description

    • Media Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement media plans that align with client objectives and overall advertising strategy.
    • Identify target audiences and recommend optimal media channels for campaign success.
    • Define, measure and evaluate relevant media KPIs
    • Media Buying and Negotiation:

    • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
    • Proficiency in analysing data and interpreting performance metrics to optimize campaign strategies.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and campaign insights effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with ad tech tools and platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc., is a plus.
