    Waiter / Waitress

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.   
    • Present menus, take orders, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.   
    • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.   
    • Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times.   
    • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.   
    • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.   
    • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.   
    • Process bills and coordinate with the cashier for payments where required.   
    • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards.   
    • Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

    Requirements:

    • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.   
    • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.   
    • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.   
    • Good communication skills in English.

    Hotel Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, kitchen, housekeeping, and service areas
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
    • Monitor service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
    • Supervise, guide, and support all hotel staff
    • Enforce discipline, punctuality, and accountability
    • Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts
    • Conduct daily briefings and performance follow-ups
    • Set and track staff KPIs and performance targets
    • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures
    • Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service delivery
    • Promote a positive and professional work environment
    • Drive cultural change towards accountability and teamwork
    • Resolve conflicts and maintain staff morale
    • Monitor daily sales and expenses
    • Ensure proper handling of cash and accountability

    • Basic financial and reporting skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

    Hotel Cashier

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and process payments from guests including cash, card, and mobile payments.   
    • Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.   
    • Balance cash registers and reconcile daily transactions.   
    • Handle billing for hotel services including rooms, food & beverage, and other services.   
    • Ensure all charges are correctly posted in the system.   
    • Assist guests with billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.   
    • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.   
    • Prepare daily cash reports and submit to the finance department.   
    • Ensure compliance with hotel financial procedures and internal controls.   
    • Support front office operations when required.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.   
    • At least CPA Part II   
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cashiering or finance-related role, preferably in hospitality.   
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.   
    • Experience with POS systems and hotel management systems is an added advantage.   
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
