    Operations Associate

    As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing operational procedures that are required to run the day to day activities of the company. You will liaise with cross functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire operational experience within the company. 

    Job Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Receive, Inspect and record inventory in the Inventory account system. 
    • Minimize lead time from the time of order to the time of delivery. 
    • Lead communication efforts between suppliers and Ilara Health in establishing availability of Inventory. 
    • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate company needs on an on-going basis.
    • Provide operational feedback for development of operational strategies.
    • Grow and develop existing clients through operational specific growth strategies.
    • Address operational problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction within the company. 
    • Be involved in the commercial performance and growth in the share of the wallet of accounts. 
    • Work with cross divisional teams to meet the objectives and goals of the company.
    • Build strong communication with the sales, product development and Customer Success teams that support clients to establish high customer satisfaction.
    • Any other duties assigned to you by your line manager. 

    Skills

    •  Organizational skills. 
    •  Ability to manage the whole relationship cycle. 
    •  Negotiation skills to craft solutions for our customers. 
    •  Good time management to prioritize work accordingly. 
    •  Collaboratively work with internal departments for customer satisfaction.

    Customer Success Intern

    About the job Customer Success Intern

    Ilara Health is looking for a Customer Success Intern to help launch and manage new healthtech products in Mombasa clinics and hospitals. Our products aim to improve clinic efficiency and quality of care by allowing practitioners to record patient information, set appointment dates, and communicate directly with the patients. As the Customer Success Intern, you will provide support to customers in fostering customer satisfaction. The key goal will be to monitor, troubleshoot and provide feedback from the customers while using Ilara’s software. 

    You will liaise with cross functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire customer experience. 

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide support to customers on the function and usage of the software.
    • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Work with the Product team to ensure that products and services meet customers’ current and future needs.
    • Identify process improvements to achieve goals related to product marketing and customer support.
    • Record product defects and appropriate resolutions.
    • Maintain accurate and complete product related information.
    • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
    • Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams.
    • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

    Requirements 

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Some experience in a tech-focused sales, operational, or design role preferred
    • Travel about 50% of the time 
    • Patience when handling tough cases
    • Educational background in IT or a business related course preferred
