    Container Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily opening, closing, and physical stocktakes for empty/filled cylinders, market returns, and accessories; reconcile variances and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
    • Oversee timely loading and offloading of assets, enforce correct cylinder stacking per HSE guidelines, and inspect delivery assets before/after market trips for roadworthiness and accessories.
    • Manage loaders' shift rosters, leave schedules, and overtime; monitor staff discipline and attendance across Direct Sales Agents (DSAS), Loaders, and Security personnel
    • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain container cleanliness and hygiene, manage fuel card issuance and safekeeping, and open/close facilities on time.
    • Perform weekly comprehensive audits on container premises, stock, and equipment; report operational non- conformities, safety violations, or security breaches to relevant Heads of Department in real time.

    Requirements

    • College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an inventory supervisor, specifically within the LPG industry.
    • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
    • Strong computer literacy skills.
    • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

    Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate purchasing activities within approved budgets, evaluate and negotiate with local/international suppliers, process purchase orders, and monitor vendor performance and lead times.
    • Manage multi-modal freight (sea, air, road, courier), liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents, track shipments, and resolve delivery delays or documentation issues
    • Handle import/export processes under Kenyan laws, manage IDF applications, and secure permits and approvals across regulatory bodies (KRA, KEBS, ACA, NEMA).
    • Collaborate with clearing agents to facilitate quick cargo clearance, review entry accuracy, monitor duties/port charges, and address customs queries or holds.
    • Maintain shipment schedules, monitor stock replenishment, mitigate supply chain risks, and partner with internal delivery, project, and finance teams.
    • Review freight/logistics invoices to optimize costs and maintain complete, audit-ready physical and digital procurement

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, and import/export operation in Kenya.
    • CIPS, CPSP-K, or equivalent professional supply chain certification is an added advantage.
    • Practical expertise in IDF processing, KRA, KEBS, ACA, and NEMA regulatory workflows.
    • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade documentation, and experience dealing with shippin lines and freight forwarders.
    • Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organizational and coordination skills. records.

    Laboratory Sales Representative

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Promote and sell laboratory equipment, reagents, and diagnostic consumables to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities. Build strong professional relationships with laboratory technologists, pathologists, procurement officers, and hospital administrators.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and customer training sessions.
    • Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and tender submission documents.
    • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads via field visits, referrals, and market research.
    • Maintain customer data and track sales pipelines within CRM software systems
    • Coordinate product installation, calibration, and user training with technical and service teams.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular sales, activity, and forecasting reports for management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Sales/Marketing, or a related field (a relevant Diploma may be considered with sufficient experience).
    • 1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in laboratory equipment, medical diagnostics, or healthcare products.
    • Experience selling rapid diagnostic test kits and lal machines such as haemotology machines, urine analyses.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
    • Registration with KMLTTB is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
    • Valid driving license is required
