In preparation for Samasource's next phase of growth, we are searching for a seasoned and dedicated Human Resource Specialist-Recruitment and Benefits.
The role is responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment processes and on-boarding of new team members to enable the strategic engagement of Human Resources through: planning, recruitment, selection, development and retention with policy and practices that result in high quality performance by outstanding employees. In addition, the HR Specialist will contribute to the development & execution of operational policies and procedures concerning employees' benefit programs.
You will serve as a key partner to the Director of Human Resource and reporting directly to this role.

In preparation for Samasource's next phase of growth, we are searching for a seasoned and HR Specialist-Employee Relations & Organization Effectiveness.
This role will provide day-to-day advice on employee relations and performance management matters to staff and center management in accordance with the Employment laws & legislations and internal policies and procedures. Functions as a liaison between Employees and Center Management. He or She will take the lead in investigations; provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution and act on resolutions made.
This position is focused on the resolution of employee issues, HR communication, staff satisfaction and other related HR initiatives.
You will serve as a key partner to the Director of Human Resource and reporting directly to this role.

The role provides guidance and support in talent management, performance management, staff development and training, succession planning, data-sourcing and special HR Projects, to ensure efficient-delivery of services to the center management and various end-users.
In addition, the Senior HR Coordinator will contribute to the development & execution of operational HR Policies, Procedures and Systems.
