 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales and achieve set targets for FMCG products (wheat and maize flour).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Conduct regular market visits, product availability checks and competitor monitoring.
• Negotiate and close sales orders. Ensure proper product display. stock rotation and availability in outlets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback. Maintain high product knowledge and represent the brand professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and lead the F&B team, including training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure quality, presentation and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and minimize wastage.
• Develop and implement F&B policies. standard operating procedures and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, menu development and promotional activities.
