    Store Clerk

    Job Overview:

    • The Raw Material Stores Clerk is responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials required for the production of paint at our manufacturing factory. The role requires careful monitoring of inventory levels, timely ordering of raw materials, and ensuring the accuracy of all related documentation.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming raw materials against purchase orders and specifications
    • Unload and store raw materials in designated areas in a safe and organized manner
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and update the inventory database as necessary
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely ordering of raw materials to meet production schedules
    • Coordinate with purchasing department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to raw material orders
    • Prepare raw materials for production as per production schedule and ensure timely issuance
    • Maintain accurate records of all raw material transactions, including receipts, issues, and return
    • Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile any discrepancies
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to the handling and storage of raw materials
    • Collaborate with production personnel to ensure adequate supply of raw materials for production
    • Performs other related jobs as assigned by superiors

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of a degree or diploma in a related field
    • Previous experience in raw material handling and inventory management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical/ Paint industry

    Heavy Equipment Electrician

    Location: Nairobi, Kisii, Kisumu, Migori
    Job Summary

    • The Heavy Equipment Electrician is responsible for installing, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems on heavy-duty equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, dump trucks, cranes, forklifts, and other construction or mining machinery. The role ensures equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment. 
    • Repair and maintain electrical systems, wiring harnesses, sensors, alternators, starters, batteries, and lighting systems. 
    • Install, test, and replace electrical components and electronic control modules (ECMs). 
    • Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturers\' specifications. 
    • Troubleshoot CAN bus communication and electronic control systems. 
    • Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals. 
    • Repair and maintain charging, starting, and ignition systems. 
    • Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. 
    • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns in the workshop or field. 
    • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. 
    • Recommend replacement of worn or damaged electrical components. 
    • Ensure tools and work areas are clean and organized. 
    • Comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and company safety procedures. 

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Craft Certificate in Automotive Engineering (Electrical Option), Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 
    • Trade Test Grade I/II/III is an added advantage. 
    • Valid driving licence (Class B or higher); Class BCE is an added advantage. 
    • Certification in heavy equipment diagnostics is desirable. 

    Experience

    • At least 3–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction, mining, or earth-moving equipment. 
    • Experience working with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Hitachi, Doosan, Hyundai, Liebherr, or similar equipment is an advantage. 

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment electrical and electronic systems. 
    • Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic equipment and scan tools. 
    • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals.

    Sales Executive – Heavy Construction Machinery

    Salary budget:

    • Ksh 60,000 but competitive based on experience ( Commission: Attractive sales commission payable on every successful machine sale in accordance with the Company’s commission structure.)

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling heavy construction equipment while developing long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets. The role requires extensive knowledge of the construction equipment industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide customers with suitable equipment solutions based on their operational requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, mining, road construction, quarry, infrastructure, logistics, and industrial sectors.
    • Promote and sell heavy construction equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, rollers, bulldozers, forklifts, cranes, and other machinery.
    • Generate sales leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, exhibitions, and customer visits.
    • Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and tenders.
    • Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain machine features, specifications, productivity, and benefits to customers.
    • Advise customers on equipment selection based on project requirements.
    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions while maintaining company profitability.

    Job Summary

    • The Heavy Construction Equipment Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, maintaining, and commissioning heavy construction machinery while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and customer satisfaction. The technician will also support machine inspections, warranty processes, technical reporting, and after-sales services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic faults on heavy construction equipment.
    • Carry out preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, and emergency repairs.
    • Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, axles, braking systems, and electrical components.
    • Conduct machine inspections before delivery and after repairs.
