    Outgrowers Manager- Bomet

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Ensure all green leaf supplied by Outgrowers meets the company’s stringent quality standards, which is critical for the final made tea quality.
    • Continuously monitor and review green leaf production levels across the Outgrowers base and provide precise forecasts of green leaf availability to the factory.
    • Lead and manage the process for achieving and maintaining various international sustainability certifications, such as Rainforest Alliance (RA), or other relevant standards.
    • Supervise and mentor the team of Extension Officers to provide effective technical advisory services and training on best agronomic practices to farmers
    • Prepare and manage the departmental budget for the Outgrowers program, controlling expenses for inputs, extension activities, and staff.

    Key Qualifications.

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Horticulture, Crop Science, Agricultural Extension, or a related field is required
    • At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in managing agricultural Outgrowers schemes or extension services, ideally within the tea, coffee, or other high-value perennial crop sectors.
    • Proven track record in effectively leading and managing large field teams, including Extension Officers.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining international agricultural and sustainability certifications such as Rainforest Alliance (RA) or equivalent standards.
    • In-depth knowledge of Kenyan agricultural regulations, including the Crops Act (Tea Industry Regulations), as well as relevant labor and environmental laws.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Implement local marketing strategies in collaboration with the Africa Director of Marketing and key stakeholders.
    • Execute go-to-market initiatives to strengthen the company’s market leadership.

    Qualifications.

    • A marketing qualification or relevant undergraduate degree.
    • 5 – 7 years of marketing and communications experience—ideally in a consulting or leading corporate environment.
    • High proficiency in English, both written and oral.
    • Strong project management skills with proven experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
    • Energy, initiative, and resilience to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced setting.

    Junior Executive Assistant – Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned team members, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
    • Support travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring timely bookings, accurate itineraries, and compliance with firm policies.
    • Assist in preparing and formatting business documents, presentations, and correspondence under the guidance of Senior Executive Assistants.
    • Manage expense reports, timesheets, and other internal documentation accurately and on time.
    • Coordinate internal meetings — including setting up conference rooms, managing catering, and preparing materials as required.
    • Act as a professional and courteous point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and service orientation.
    • Maintain and organize filing systems, contact lists, and shared folders to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible.
    • Support the execution of internal events and office initiatives by providing logistical and administrative assistance.
    • Proactively anticipate administrative needs, follow up on action items, and help ensure smooth dayto-day operations for supported teams.

    Key Qualifications.

    • Bachelor’s degree business administration, office management, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an organization of 100+ employees.
    • Interest in developing a long-term administrative career within a professional services or corporate setting.
    • Experience working in a culturally diverse environment, with sensitivity to varying communication and work styles is an advantage but not required.
