    Inland Steering Manager

    • The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping inland performance by aligning sales, operations, pricing, and product development, ensuring that inland services are not only competitive but consistently profitable.
    • In today’s logistics environment, inland transport is no longer just a support function it is a major driver of customer value, efficiency, and revenue growth. This role sits right at the center of that transformation.

    What you will be responsible for:

    • Developing and executing inland strategy to drive volume and profitability
    • Designing pricing structures, tariffs, and surcharges for sustainable margins
    • Identifying and converting new inland business opportunities
    • Leveraging market intelligence and competitor insights to guide decisions
    • Managing performance through forecasting, KPIs, and reporting
    • Collaborating across commercial and operational teams to improve outcomes
    • Supporting inland product development and network optimization

    What we are looking for:

    • 7–10 years of experience in logistics, inland transport, trucking, or rail
    • Strong commercial mindset with analytical decision-making ability
    • Deep understanding of regional inland markets and transport networks
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
    • A results-driven, proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills

    Key Account Manager (Retail) – Nairobi

    • (JBPs), and strengthening long-term partnerships across key accounts. It requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and strong relationship management.

    What this role is really about:

    • At its core, this position is about owning the performance of key accounts end-to-end.

    That means:

    • Turning strategy into measurable revenue outcomes
    • Building long-term, value-driven partnerships with retail clients
    • Driving accountability through well-executed Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
    • Ensuring in-store excellence, from visibility to product availability
    • Continuously identifying new opportunities to grow account value
    • Key areas of impact:
    • Revenue growth and commercial performance across key accounts
    • Execution and tracking of Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
    • Strengthening strategic relationships with retail partners
    • Driving in-store visibility, merchandising, and distribution
    • Leveraging data and insights to optimize account performance

    Who we’re looking for:

    • This role requires a commercially sharp, execution-focused professional who brings:
    • 4–7+ years’ experience in key account management, retail, or FMCG
    • A proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
    • High ownership, accountability, and attention to performance metrics
    • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
