    Administrative Assistant

    Job Description

    Our Client is in the Mining industry based in Kisumu and they seek to hire an Admin Assistant who will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support and coordination in the office.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Man the front office and ensure all visitors are assisted promptly.
    2. Maintaining an up-to-date filing system in the office.
    3. Ensuring that the company’s legal licenses are up to date.
    4. Maintaining office diary and travel itineraries.
    5. Handling Visa application process for the expatriate staff 
    6. Handling telephone calls and appointments
    7. Ensuring the security of office records, equipment, and documents
    8. Prepare statistical daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    9. Ensure that any amchine maintence is reported on time to the management or the designated supervisor.
    10. Receiving, sorting, registering, and distributing incoming mails for the assigned office for action.
    11. Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.

    Job Qualifications

    1. Diploma/Degree in Business Related Course.
    2. At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
    3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    4. Fluent in both English and Swahili, Japanese language knowledge would be an added advantage.

    Job Description

    Our client is an IT solution firm based in Nairobi, and they seek to hire a Back- End Web Developer.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Understand the goals of a website or web application and come up with effective solutions.
    2. Manage APIs resources that work across various devices.
    3. Have the skills for implementing algorithms and solving system-related problems.

    Head of Production

    Job Description

    Our client is an upcoming manufacturing company in the liquor industry. They seek to hire an experienced Head of Production manager to develop and monitor the production plans and activities in respect to capital, material, utility, and human resources. He/She will manage employee performance to ensure optimal productivity levels.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Forecast, plan, implement and control production schedule for the job and review and adjust where necessary.
    2. Organize the human and material resources required and manage them to meet production targets.
    3. Monitor and review the performance of staff and recommend necessary steps to be taken to improve performance
    4. Implement standard operating procedures for production operations and ensure they are adhered to
    5. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
    6. Work with the warehouse team to forecast and plan for present and future consumption of raw materials to ensure that materials are always available

    Job Qualifications

    4. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and lean manufacturing policies and procedures
