    Junior Accountant

    Duties

    • Prepare journal entries
    • Complete general ledger operations
    • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
    • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
    • Draw up monthly financial reports
    • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
    • Assist with year-end closings
    • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of communication strategies for ongoing projects.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • 1–years’ experience in communications, digital media, or content production.
    • Experience with digital photography, videography, and social media management.
    • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
    • Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Restaurant Supervisor

    We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant and support smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and practical experience managing banqueting or small events, ensuring high service standards for both regular restaurant service and hosted functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and quality service.
    • Lead and coordinate service staff during restaurant operations and events.

    HR / Accounts Assistant

    Job Description

    • Handle processing and remission of payroll deductions such as NHIF, NSSF, PAYE, HELB  e.t.c
    • In charge of collecting and filing staff records.
    • In charge of all administration matters.
    • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
    • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
    • Create and maintain database for obsolete employee files.
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Develop training and development programs
    • Assist in performance management processes
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience.
    • A minimum of two years of HR experience required.
    • Comfortable with technology and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applications.
    • Must be patient and flexible, organized, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet competing deadlines.
    • Very strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships.
