    Call Centre Supervisor

    The Call Centre Supervisor will be tasked with managing and building strong client relationship management and integration with other business unit leads across the company for efficient services delivery to clients. This position will also be responsible for overall day-to-day management of Call Centre Team while closely collaborating on a day to day with all aspects of the business. 


    1. Take ownership of clients issues and follow the issues through to timely resolution
    2. Develop Call Centre procedures, policies and standards to be adhered to by call centre team
    3. Ensure all clients’ calls and queries are addressed within the Service level Agreement (SLA) time.
    4. Implement client’s calls ticketing system and ensure closure of all tickets within the SLA time.
    5. Provide update and daily report to client matters committee on levels of customer satisfaction and recurrent issues.
    6. Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
    7. Ensure that high standards of Client Service are maintained throughout service levels
    8. Oversee a team of call centre assistants and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience
    9. Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
    10. Develop and oversee the implementation of call centre services protocols.
    11. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
    12. Coach and support team members in meeting departmental goals.
    13. Review client’s complaints and resolution
    14. Any other duties as shall be assigned from time to time

    Legal Assistant

    The company is looking to employ an energetic, passionate, creative and hardworking individual looking to join the team as a Legal Assistant. 


    • Advising on all matters regarding the law; including the interpretation, impact and effect of the relevant laws and general conditions affecting various areas of the company’s operations;
    • Assisting in the co-ordination of legal due diligence, documentation and closing of transactions;
    • Developing and carrying out Compliance checks on all facets of Law affecting the business;
    • Designing commercial and legal solutions that lead to effective corporate structures;

    Driver - Cysuites Apartment Hotel

    This is a position focused on providing logistics services to the company as well as Office Support to staff


    • Perform preventative and regular maintenance service on the assigned motor vehicle

    Real Estate Sales and Collections Intern

    This position requires self driven hardworking individuals to join the Real Estate functions of the group, with strong quantitative skills, excellent people skills and exceptional admin skills who shall participate in an intense 12 weeks training program on the entire real estate sales process from reservation to registration, manage sales collections and coordinate with respective law firms on various sales documents until completion. 



    1. Assist on the entire real estate sales process from reservation to registration
    2. Assist on collection of receivables from clients and and enforce compliance with real estate sales policies and processes
    3. Under supervision, review reservations, letters of offer, agreements for sale, and lease registration documents
    4. You shall be part of the team that will coordinate with respective law firms on the various sales documents
    5. Proactively drive the sales process from reservation to closure
    6. Assist on the modeling real estate payment plans such as amortisation models and dynamics of the agreements
    7. Assist on development of cash flow projections of project payables and receivables
    8. Provide client support services to Real Estate clients
    9. Ensure meticulous documentation and record keeping
    10. Coordinate real estate sales process improvement and automation initiatives
