    Sales and Digital Executive - IT Products

    We are an authorized Apple Reseller and IT Products company. we are looking to hire competent Sales Executives who will market the company products.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Marketing and sales of company products
    • Marketing and sales of company products and services
    • Making daily phone calls to new customers and signing them up
    • Managing the hotline for orders, putting orders through on behalf of the customer
    • Following up with customers’ complaints
    • Collecting feedback from clients on products
    • Making sure that the customer service is top notch
    • Making daily sales reports to the team leader
    • Coordinating with clients for product distribution and invoicing
    • Working with the sales team leader to develop targeted sales strategies
    • Answering client queries about products and services specifications and uses
    • Maintaining client relations by doing follow-ups
    • Tracking sales data to ensure you meet sales quotas

    Skills and Competencies

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Verbal and Written (eloquent and articulate)
    • Mature and intelligent
    • Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Attention/Keen to details

    Key Qualifications

    Sales Supervisor - IT Products

    Our client, is a registered company in Kenya that deals with selling and after sales service of IT Products is looking to hire competent Sales Supervisor. The person will responsible for overall sales growth as well as driving marketing activities for the company. They will be charged with coming up with business plans, performance monitoring and motivating staff.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership to day to day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
    • Seek out and target new clients and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
    • Manage the overall activities of the Sales team while ensuring the sales revenue and volume targets are met as per budgets.
    • Develop and implement the marketing plans based on available budgetary allocations; ensure that the organization’s objectives are aligned with the company direction; this will include effective budget management and developing a pricing strategy.
    • Actively seek marketing data through formal and informal research throughout the region, feedback from the sales team, etc to support the planned marketing activities; where and when necessary review planned activities to ensure they are well focused to achieve the highest impact.
    • Undertaking business development researches that include specifying marketing segments and monitoring competition activities.
    • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
    • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability.
    • Evaluating the performance of the sales team by conducting regular appraisal (individual & Team) to identify areas of improvement and making necessary recommendations/changes that would increase efficiency of the team.
    • Responsible for developing, managing and controlling the sales budget.
    • Provide leadership in planning for meetings and presentations at clients premises.
    • Seek out and target new clients and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
    • 4 Years experience in corporate sales of IT Products.
    • Ability to create new markets.
    • Leadership skills.
    • Ability to lead a team and Performance driven.
    • Prior experience in direct sales.
