    HR & Administration Manager

    Key Responsibilities For HR & Administration Job

    • Formulating and aligning the Human Resource strategies to the Organizational strategy
    • Continually reviewing and implementing HR policies & procedures
    • Ensure the company is fully compliant with the relevant employment laws
    • Develop, implement & monitor HR budgets
    • Develop manpower plans and facilitate the recruitment process
    • Develop, implement and continuously review performance management programs
    • Conduct training needs analysis for the organization
    • Prepare training calendar for the overall organization and maintain training records
    • Prepare human resource board agenda, advising the board on all HR related matters as well as implementation of board resolutions
    • Analyze utilization of the human resource in the organization and advise on staff performance, career progression and making appropriate recommendations and proposals on human resource planning & succession management
    • Administer all employee benefits and payroll requirements in line with company & employment laws of Kenya
    • Maintenance of HR records proper storage & retrieval system, continuous update of various employee records
    • In charge of office supplies & equipment, ensuring they are well stored & documented
    • Ensure proper house-keeping of the office, while overseeing the office assistant
    • Follows up on city council licenses to make sure the company adheres to all external compliance; updated business permits, fire licenses, OSHA.

    Experience, Knowledge and Abilities

    • At least Three (3) years’ of working experience in similar position, team players with excellent, leadership, negotiation, interpersonal communication and decision making skills and should demonstrate ability to implement change.
    • People oriented
    • Possess high sense of integrity & confidentiality
    • In-depth knowledge of the relevant labour laws.

    HR & Adminstration Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related social sciences,
    • Diploma in Human Resource Management
    • Member of the IHRM(K), current practicing certificate, proficient in all MS Office applications.

    Creative Director

    He or She will work closely with members of the creative department ensuring that the team delivers on the audio visual & written aspects of a project.

    Key Responsibilities For Creative Director Job

    • Develop concepts for short films, feature films, TV series, documentaries, advertising or promotional campaigns
    • Translate client briefs into creative ideas
    • Pitch ideas to clients or present to directors & team members in-house
    • Negotiate with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible
    • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
    • Ensure all the organization’s or client’s visuals are consistent with the overall idea or written scripts
    • Oversee the production process from pre-production to post-production.
    • Sign off projects before they are presented to the client

    Competencies Required

    • Creativity skills: Must be good at creating concepts for others to work on.
    • Communication and presentation skills: Need to have excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to clients or directors and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.
    • Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, needing a clear creative vision while remaining open to others’ ideas.
    • Leadership skills: As a creative director leadership skills are key in order to hire, develop and oversee the creative team.
    • Filmmaking skills: Extensive familiarity with film-making techniques is very key.
    • Has a keen eye for detail, passion, Integrity and Energy.
    • Directing and or screenwriting skills are an advantage

    Creative Director Job Qualifications

    • A Diploma/undergraduate degree in Film or media related Studies
    • Between four to five years working as a Writer/Director/Creative director in a Production house
