    Revenue Growth (RGM) Manager

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager, to join our dynamic team in Africa Operating Unit. This specific role will work primarily across our East Africa markets. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in the beverages or FMCG sector, and some prior experience (5+ years) in various RGM and/or commercial disciplines including product portfolio strategy (design, implementation, and management), pricing, and strategic project leadership. Future career advancement opportunities include progressing through RGM market leadership roles, transitioning to franchise leadership, or moving into other functional areas of the business such as commercial, strategy, finance, category leadership and more.

    What You will Do:

    • Develop RGM strategies for assigned set of markets, working closely with franchise leaders and RGM senior managers to assess and co-create relevant solutions to drive portfolio growth
    • Analyze relevant market trends and develop insights to inform RGM strategies (e.g., consumer, competitor, industry, and macroeconomic trends)
    • Lead RGM strategic projects in relevant markets with the support of the RGM Snr Director. These include growth opportunity reviews, enhancing RGM capability depth across company and bottler associates, and deploying relevant analytical tools
    • Coordinate RGM governance routines in the assigned regions within the franchise to ensure delivery of key RGM initiatives.

    Role Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • Additional analytical, financial, or commercial qualifications are beneficial.
    • 5+ years of experience in the FMCG beverages industry, with a focus on capability building in RGM and commercial planning roles.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate critical insights in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Willingness and proactivity to learn fast and grow in understanding of business fundamentals, commercial and RGM principles, and growth drivers across a range of markets.

    Sustainability Manager

    Position Overview:

    As a Sustainability Manager with Coca-Cola Africa, you will play a fundamental role in steering the organization towards our ambitious sustainability commitments. This position serves as an integral part of our strategy to create a more sustainable future, with responsibilities encompassing the implementation and monitoring of initiatives focusing on water security, waste management, climate change, and economic empowerment. In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will ensure our operations align with global sustainability standards while making a significant difference for local communities. This role necessitates field visits, active engagement with conservation NGOs, and the effective orchestration of initiatives designed to foster a circular economy. Your efforts will directly contribute to our goal of making a lasting, positive impact on the planet and its people.

    What You will Do

    • Custodian of reporting: Own the templates and routines, stewarding the reporting for both NGO and bottler-led projects and programs.

    Education Requirements:

    • Certification in Sustainability (e.g., ISSP, IEMA, Certified Sustainability Professional) will be a plus
    • Certified in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) will be a plus
    • Extended courses or diplomas in Climate Studies, Social Entrepreneurship, Environmental Law, or Carbon Management will be a plus
    • Specialized training in data analysis, report writing, environmental impact assessment, corporate social responsibility or similar will be a plus

    Related Work Experience:

    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
    • Previous roles in corporate social responsibility, climate change, or community development.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing or coordinating sustainability initiatives or projects.
    • Prior work with NGOs, government agencies, or private sector entities on environmental or social projects.
    • Experience in data analysis, synthesis of complex information into concise documents, and coordinating activities among multiple parties.

    • Ability to drive change and innovation in sustainability practices.
    • Strong negotiation skills: capable of dealing with contractors, partners, and suppliers towards sustainable operations.
    • Familiarity with budget management to ensure projects stay aligned to the financial targets.
    • Exposure to sustainability management, waste management, water stewardship, and economic empowerment.

    • Concrete expertise in steering policy development, corporate social responsibility initiatives, climate change response, and community development, ideally gained within multinational corporations, international agencies, or renowned NGOs.
    • Extensive collaboration history and wide network within a wide array of organizations that includes NGOs, government agencies, private sector companies, or impact investors, showcasing your capacity for fostering partnerships to achieve sustainability goals.
    • Past involvement in creating, implementing, and monitoring sustainability reporting procedures, standards, and guidelines. This should illustrate your adeptness in data interpretation and your ability to effectively measure performance and draw actionable insights for continuous sustainability improvement.
