    Territory Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. The Territory Sales Manager will promote and sell the company’s range of medical devices, ensuring customer satisfaction and market expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and administrators, to drive product adoption and loyalty.
    • Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s medical devices.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
    • Sales Performance Tracking: Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting, product education, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all sales activities.

    • This position offers competitive Salary.
    • The Territory Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
    • This role requires a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and placements of candidates by developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates in line with position requirements and within the standards agreed.
    • Preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, expressions of interests & capability statements (end to end)
    • Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and building relationships with potential candidates and clients.

    Qualification

    • Degree in Human Resource Management
    • At least 3 years’ experience in handling end-to-end recruitment in HR Consultancy firm
    • Member of IHRM
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
