    Kitchen Service Attendant (School-Based)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation of meals by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
    • Serve food to students and staff in a timely and friendly manner.
    • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
    • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed in compliance with health regulations.
    • Set up dining areas and assist in clearing tables after meals.
    • Dispose of waste properly and manage kitchen supplies and inventory.

    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Management and Reporting:

    • Manage all accounting transactions including maintaining the General Ledger and accrual & costings and prepare reports and other financial documents on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 
    •  Ensure all financial data is accurate, timely, and in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Inspect account books, statements, ledgers, and accounting systems for efficiency, timeliness and use of accepted accounting procedures.
    • Handling relationships with Banks and preparing the monthly bank reconciliations.
    • Coordinate with the internal & external auditors to provide the relevant documents ensuring that all queries are accurately advised.
    • Providing an internal interface with financial institutions, consultants, and service providers.

    Budgeting and Cost Control:

    •  Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company’s financial health.
    •  Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
    • Track and report on the financial performance of ongoing projects, ensuring they stay within budget.

    Tax and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including the preparation and timely submission of tax returns.
    • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure the company meets its statutory obligations.
    • Stay up to date with changes in tax laws.

    Accounts Payable and Receivable:

    • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate invoicing of clients.
    • Reconcile accounts and handle any discrepancies in a timely manner.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (K) or ACCA certification is required.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (ie.., QuickBooks Intuit) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate on behalf of our client in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing intermediary accounts, identifying new business opportunities, supporting tender processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Managing Intermediary Accounts:

    • Oversee agents and brokers’ accounts, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively, from tenders to claims follow-up and business renewals.
    • Coordinate and provide support for placement follow-ups and new business follow-ups.

    Tender Management:

    • Identify new business opportunities, including tender adverts.

    Academic Qualification

    • Registered (Licensed) Member of Institute of Human Resource Management

    Experience:
